Things I like about Wednesday

Today is Wednesday, or Hump Day as some people call it. It's a confusing day. What's the 'hump' referring to? A camel? Quasimodo? If it's the latter, that's kind of offensive.

Anyway, Wednesday's an OK day. Here are some things I like about it.

1) It's closer to Friday than Monday or Tuesday. Friday's my favorite day of the week. Sometimes (see below) I get paid on Friday, and I ALWAYS get to leave to work early on Fridays. So a day, like Wednesday, that's close to Friday, is always good in my book!! (No, I haven't finished my book yet. And I don't talk about Wednesday or Friday in my book. Not at all. SORRY! Anyway, don't you know that 'good in my book' is just an expression?)

2) It reminds of the Flight of the Conchords song 'Business Time':

3) Today, which is a Wednesday, I got a new, BEAUTIFUL, flat screen monitor for my desk at work.

4) Three weeks ago, on a Wednesday, "I" won trivia at common ground (aka I gave on correct answer in 6, 10 question rounds). That was, besides waiting 394823948394 minutes between rounds, fun!
My correct answer was mustard seed.

5) One time, on a Wednesday, I probably had some drinks and had fun with my friends.
I'm the one in the middle, or at least I will be in 60 years.


6) One time, during some year after 1985, I probably celebrated my birthday on a Wednesday. I really like my birthday, so it's cool that at some point in time it's been on a Wednesday.
