A Chain Letter

This blog, for me at least, is all about creativity. I like to blog about different topics and really expand my horizons. Take for example my last entry about biscotti. I bet you don't read many blogs about that...or about wizards or Doogie Howser or...some of the other things I write about.

Or maybe you do. In which case, I demand that you give me the blog addresses of these other similar blogs! I need to seek out my competitors and...eliminate them.

Just kidding.

But, something that I haven't done yet in this blog, is write a chain letter. I know, how annoying. CHAIN LETTERS?! But, my co-worker sends them to me all the time and I think they're funny and I think I could make a really good one. I even sent Debbie my ideas and she agrees. Well, maybe she doesn't exactly agree but she replied with 'LOL' which I take to mean 'Your ideas are so great Becky! Blog on with your bad self girl!'.

A Chain Letter

Hello Friends! I'm sending you this chain letter because there are children in the world who need our help. Furthermore, there's a story about a sick boy that I need to tell you about. And lastly, I know you're having a bad day and I thought some disgustingly adorable pictures might cheer you up! To conclude, I will finish this chain letter with a game so have a pen and paper ready. Or a pencil, you can write with that too. Or a marker or crayon or highlighter...I don't want to limit you.

So, there are lots of children around the world who need our help. Some of them are starving in other countries, like Sudan and China. We should help them. Somehow, your reading this chain letter and forwarding it along to your friends will help the children. Not because you're donating money to them or actually getting on a plane...but because you're taking 15 seconds out of your day to think about how lucky you are. I mean, first of all you have a friend who really loves you and sent this to you, and second of all you have a computer through which you can view this crazy set of graphics.

OW! That's bright isn't it?

Secondly, there are many sick children in the world. In particular, there's this one sick boy I know of. I won't go into detail, for the sake of his privacy (please pronounce that priv-issy, thanks). But, we should all be a little more appreciate of our health and the many gifts that we have. We are all ungrateful, and this chain letter is going to change that. It's not going to annoy us at all. It's going to put things into perspective for us. I mean, we could be a sick child ourselves one day or HAVE one.

Now, I know that sometimes work and life in general is rough. But it's nothing that a friend like me and a chain letter like this can't solve.

Must I remind you of this poem?

To make our lives more meaningful, it takes a cheerful heart...
and loving life and living it, each day as a brand new start.

It takes a positive attitude when trials come our way...
and having the strength to carry on and taking the time to pray (bet you didn't think this was relig! haha suckah!)

Life is what we make it for the time that we are here...
so start each day with a cheerful heart and see miracles appear!

Look at that miracle. Are you feeling better yet, friend? Turn that frown upside down!

Now that we're done with the business of this, let's get down the fun! So take your piece of paper and write numbers 1 to 10.
